We also automatically collect certain technical data when you visit our website, including your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, referring URLs, and timestamps. This data is processed through analytics services to help us understand how visitors use our site.

When you schedule a meeting through our Cal.com integration, Cal.com collects and processes scheduling data (name, email, selected time slot) in accordance with their own privacy policy. We receive your name and email for the purpose of conducting the scheduled meeting.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiries, provide services you have requested, schedule and conduct meetings, and communicate with you about projects and engagements.

We use analytics data to monitor website performance, understand user behavior, improve our services, and optimize the user experience of our website.

We may use your contact information to send you relevant updates about our services, provided you have given consent or where we have a legitimate business interest to do so. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time.

4. Data Sharing and Sub-Processors

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. We share data only with service providers who help us operate our business, under contracts that require them to protect your data in accordance with applicable law.

Our current third-party service providers include: Vercel Inc. (website hosting), Cal.com (scheduling), and our email infrastructure provider. Each processor operates under their own privacy and security policies, which we review before engagement.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Inquiry data from contact forms is retained for up to 24 months. Data collected through active project engagements is retained for the duration of the engagement plus 7 years for legal and tax purposes.
